Chicagoland Foreclosure Tours™ is the creation of Tim Soper of RE/MAX Pinnacle in Shorewood, IL.
Tim Soper
Tim has been a REALTOR® since 2002 and joined the RE/MAX Pinnacle team in 2007 as a Broker-Associate. As a REALTOR®, Tim has extensive experience and training in Foreclosed, Short Sale, and REO properties. In addition to his real estate career, Tim owned and operated a gymnastic school in Morris, IL and was Vice-President of Operations for a Women's Wholesale Footwear company.

Christine brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Chicagoland Foreclosure Tours. As a 30 year veteran of real estate sales, Christine has guided and aided her clients to succeed in all market conditions. She parlayed her early success as an agent into owning and operating an independent real estate office in Plainfield, IL for 20 years. Recently, Christine merged her office with RE/MAX Pinnacle and joined the Pinnacle team as the Managing Broker.

Ryan is a RE/MAX Pinnacle Realtor® who is an expert in HUD & Bank REO sales. Ryan was a member of the Gersch Team at RE/MAX of Joliet and is the co-listing agent of all HUD properties in Will & Grundy Counties, IL.
