We then pre-evaluate these properties so you'll have the right information to base an offer on. You'll know: what market value of the home is, what the comparables are, what is owed on the home, what the local market conditions are, etc.

Negotiate
Find a home you like? We are available to prepare and negotiate an offer on the spot. Short Sales, in particular, can be a cumbersome process, but we have the knowledge, contacts, and experience to get your accepted offer closed.

Finance
Every one of our tours is serviced by one of our preferred lenders so you have access to the correct financing for your prospective purchase. Whether you are a 1st Time Buyer or a Seasoned Investor, our lenders have a loan program to fit your needs.
